Yes, when you buy a Mini or MicroSD card, pick one that comes with a Mini/MicroSD->SD Adapter.
Note that the Mini/MicroSD Card can be removed from the adapter while the adapter stays in the SD slot, which makes it more convenient to use.
If you use a camera that only has a CompactFlash slot, then you will also need a SD->CompactFlash adapter, which are sold direct from the manufacturer on Ebay, just search for "SD CompactFlash Adapter", you need the Type II kind that fit completely within the camera.
